First Time Logging In?
Use the links on the login screen to find out your username and/or reset your password.
Forgot Your Username or Password?
On the LoLA login page, click on "Don't know your username?" or "Don't know your password?" You will be asked to enter your birthdate and Social Security Number.
Not Finding Your Username?
If you have verified your social security number and date of birth are entered correctly, and you are still unable to find your username, please contact the IT Department at [email protected] or 318.487.5443 x1133 to check your personal information.
Your temporary password has been created using the following parameters:
First initial of first name (lowercase)
