Library Orientation: Start Here

This guide tells you about the CLTCC Library and shows you how to access the electronic resources.

Computers, Printing, and Copying

Computers

Computers are available at each campus location on a first come, first serve basis. All computers are equipped with Microsoft Office and are networked to a printer. Passwords for computers are posted in the computer labs.

All computers have the Microsoft Office Suite installed on them, which includes the following programs:

  • Word
  • Excel
  • Access
  • Publisher
  • PowerPoint

All computers are networked to a printer. Copiers are also available. The copy machines can be used as a scanner to digitize documents free of charge. You will need to bring your own flash drive to save the scanned image(s).

Printing/Copying

Printers and copiers are located at each campus location. Students are responsible for providing their own paper for printers/copiers.

Wireless printing is not currently supported.
