Speed Linking provides a way to create a stable link from your web page (Canvas, course syllabus, etc.) to a full text article within a database.Speed Linking enables your students to access selected articles directly rather than having to go through a database and performing a search. To determine if a a particular article is available full text, use the Full Text option when performing your initial search. Note: Before you create the link, please read the section about the proxy server.
The Proxy Server
Our databases are for use by CLTCC students, staff, and faculty only. If the user is accessing the library's resources while on campus, the server authenticates that the user is affiliated with CLTCC and the user should have no issues accessing the resources. However, if the user is off campus, the user will be asked for a LOLA username and password.
