Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility Monthly Observations

Central Louisiana Technical Community College (CLTCC) is fully committed to creating a diverse community: one that is inclusive and supportive of all students, faculty, and staff. The goal of the CLTCC Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee is to support the mission of the College by promoting opportunities for understanding and practicing ideals of diversity, equity, and inclusion. By increasing understanding among students, employees, and the community at large, we will show that each person is unique. And it is only by embracing the full spectrum of experiences, viewpoints, and intellectual approaches of each individual that the full richness and texture of the CLTCC experience can be fully developed.

To view/read a recommended eBook:

1. Click the eBook cover
2. When prompted, enter your LoLA username and password
3. eBook chapters will appear at the bottom of the page or you can click "PDF Full Text" or "EPUB Full Text" on the left hand side of the screen

To search for eBooks:

1. On the "Catalog" tab type your search term(s) in the search bar
2. Click "Search" or hit "Enter"
3. When prompted, enter your LoLA username and password
4. On the left hand side, scroll down, and select "eBooks"
5. To read an ebook, click on either PDF Full Text or EPUB Full Text

If you cannot remember your LoLA username and password, you can reset it by following the steps on the LoLA homepage.
